Kennedy Executive Search Welcomes First Spanish Partner Saltor Talent
Brussels/Barcelona/Madrid, April 6th –Kennedy Executive Search is proud to welcome their first partner in Spain. With immediate effect, Saltor Talent, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid will join the global network of privately-owned executive search firms. Saltor Talent is the 12th partner firm for Kennedy, bringing the total number of offices in Europe, North America and Latin America to 18. A Spanish office will further bridge Latin America and Europe as well as the rest of the Spanish spoken world
Saltor Talent (Saltor) was founded by Iñaki Saltor in 2015. The firm is active in executive search, talent assessment and career counseling and caters to a variety of clients in, but not limited to Finance, Business Services, FMCG, Retail, Pharma as well as Industrial. With their own developed “seamless from need to fit” methodology, Saltor respects both clients’ and candidates’ resources and wishes to secure the best service for both.
Today, Saltor Talent is still headed by CEO Iñaki Saltor who has over 20 years experience in executive search and talent development. Before starting Saltor Talent, Iñaki worked in a variety of roles including HR Director for a steel manufacturer and Managing Director for the Brazilian division of a global search firm. He holds an MBA degree from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and did an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE Business School. He started his education with a Bachelor in Business Administration at Toulouse Business School in France. His international outlook is one of the things that attracted him to the Kennedy Executive Search Network.
Iñaki Saltor: “We conduct a lot of searches and assignments outside Spanish borders. In the last years, we worked for companies in Israel, France, Brazil, Mexico and more and with great pleasure. In order to grow as an internationally operating firm, we want to learn from likeminded entrepreneurs in other parts of the world. What are their ways of working, how do they develop and evaluate searches, what works well and what doesn’t. This will help us add further relevance to our international clients and can help us expand our horizons, both literally as well as in the proverbial sense. When I met Jorg (Stegemann, founder of Kennedy Executive) at the global career counselor meeting at IESE, I immediately felt that we could benefit from the knowledge and expertise of the partners of Kennedy. In return, we look forward to sharing our best practices and insights with them too”.
Caroline Frisenberg, President of Kennedy Executive: “We were looking for a partner in Spain to bridge the European continent to our Latin-American partners. There is a lot of business between these two parts of the world. Spain is also showing an increase of exciting startups and new business developments and Barcelona is one of the main hubs for customer centred services. These companies tend to grow fast and spread out to other European countries and the rest of the world. As a global network, we feel we need to be on top of these trends. Furthermore, Spanish is one of the most spoken languages in the world and being able to offer services in it is vital in this global economy. Saltor Talent fits the bill perfectly, bringing extensive experience in their field and market. But Iñaki and his team also tick the box when it comes to another equally important criterium; a click with the network and its partners. We are confident that they bring the right attitude and enthusiasm to complement our team and are thrilled to have them joining us.”
